Cancellations
Placed the order by mistake? Email us at info@riellenutrition.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel before it enters fulfillment. Once it's shipped, our 90-day guarantee covers you.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund
Email us at info@riellenutrition.com with your order number and a brief note about what happened. We'll process the refund within 2 business days. Money is returned to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
