Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped from our US fulfillment center within 1–2 days.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery takes 2–4 days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Tracking your order
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also look up any order anytime on our 'Track Your Order' page.

Address changes
Need to update your shipping address? Email us at info@riellenutrition.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we can't modify the address.

Delayed or lost packages
Carriers occasionally miss delivery windows. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, email us at info@riellenutrition.com and we'll make it right.
